We spent the night here as the drive from the airport to our first location on this trip was too long after the long flight. We booked it based on where we were at the time, and did not expect much. But both the hotel and the location made for a great start of our wonderful vacation. The room was massive with an amazing view. The staff was wonderful and helpful and there was parking in the parking garage below. We parked the car in a wrong spot and it was lifted up because of this, so we had to call for help. but even the two parking guards were super friendly after they realized we just missed the Japanese signs for 'don't park here'. The breakfast was also nice.

The hotel is centrally located next to Hamamatsu Station, that is accessible by the Shinkansen train from other major cities. There is a covered walkway from Level 2 of ACT City Mall into the hotel. The room is spacious and equipped with good amenities. There is a great view of the city from the room and the block-out curtains are very good to keep the room dark. It is within walking distance to 24/7 convenient stores and several restaurants and retail outlets for shopping.

- The staff speaks fluent english which is rare in Japan - The room was absolutely incredible. Very big and clean with a beautiful view (I was on the 44th floor) - The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were both Japanese and western dishes to choose from - The location is incredible. Right next to the station in the ACT Building. There even is a convenience store (FamilyMart) in the building

Check-in was efficient - and we got into our room despite arriving at the hotel about 45 minutes early - and check-out quick. Didn't eat at any of the hotels restaurants, but there seemed to be a choice of three or four.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Hamamatsu! The staff was kind and professional, and the check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable — everything I needed for a restful night. The location was convenient too, close to public transport and local restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Hamamatsu!
